responded to a call at Lake Joy Primary School at 995 Lake Joy Road, at 9:42
AM. Upon arrival they found 19 year old Kyle Dennis Ruffin, deceased near the
school.
No foul play is
suspected and the results of an autopsy ruled the incident a suicide.
