In June 2012 members of the
Warner Robins Police Department began investigating Jordan Thomas Monarch (24
years of age, Warner Robins) in relation to reported sexual battery incidents.
Further investigation
determined Monarch utilized his cell phone camera to take nude pictures and
videos of incapacitated victims without their knowledge or consent.
On Thursday, July 19, 2012
Monarch was arrested and charged with Sexual Battery and Eavesdropping,
Surveillance, or Intercepting Communications in connection with two known
incidents. He was transported to the
Houston County Jail and was later released on bond.
