On Sunday,
September 16, 2012 at 10:47 P.M. officers of the Warner Robins Police
Department responded to the 100 block of Sunstede Road in reference to a person
with a gunshot wound.
Preliminary
investigation revealed Antonio Sutton (39 years old, Warner Robins) was lying
on the ground with a gunshot wound to the lower torso. Sutton was transported to the Medical
Center of Central Georgia where he is listed in stable condition.

Update – Arrest Made
A continuing
investigation led to the arrest of Youncy Laprell Toliver (31 years of age,
Warner Robins) in connection with the incident on September 16th at
the 100 block of Sunstede Road.
Toliver is
charged with Aggravated Battery and Possession Of A Firearm By A Convicted
Felon. He is being held in the
Houston County jail.
The investigation
is still ongoing.
