On Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 2:14 P.M. officers of the Warner
Robins Police Department responded to 900 Russell Parkway in reference to a
traffic collision with injuries.
Preliminary investigation reveals a 2004 Ford Ranger, operated by
Emmett Rigby (62 years old, Macon), was attempting to turn left onto Russell
Parkway when it collided with a 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe, operated by Kierstin
Colbert (28 years old, Warner Robins), that was traveling westbound on Russell
Parkway at the same time.
Emmett Rigby along with a passenger of the Ford Ranger, Mary Rigby (62
years old, Macon), were ejected from the vehicle.
All parties were transported to the Medical Center of Central
Georgia. Emmett and Mary Rigby are
listed in critical condition.
Colbert is listed in stable condition.
The Warner Robins Police Department Traffic Division is investigating
this collision. Anyone with more information about this incident is asked to
