On April 29, 2014 at 7:51 P.M.
officers of the Warner Robins Police Department responded to the 200-blk of
Kingsbury Circle in reference to a traffic collision with injuries.
Preliminary investigation revealed
Chelsea Parmley (20 years old, Nicholasville, KY) was driving a Buick LeSabre
eastbound on Kingsbury Circle when she lost control of the vehicle and collided
into a tree. Her grandmother,
Doris Allen (64 years old, Warner Robins) was a passenger inside the vehicle.
Parmley was transported to the
Medical Center of Central Georgia.
Allen was transported to the Houston Medical Center where she was later
pronounced deceased by medical personnel.
Parmley is currently listed in
serious condition.
This incident is still under
investigation. No charges have
been filed at this time.
The Warner Robins Police
