Incident: Armed Robbery/ Aggravated Assault
Date/Time of Incident: February 12, 2017/ approximately 1:13AM
Location: 700 N. Davis Drive, LoBucks convenience store
UPDATE: 38 year old Vikram Patel is in stable condition at The Medical Center Naviscent Health after being shot several times by Brandon Bushay Smith.
Detectives have signed warrants for 28 year old Brandon Bushay Smith for Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Crime, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder.

Officers are investigating an Armed Robbery that occurred at approximately 1:13AM Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the LoBucks at 700 N. Davis drive.
The suspect shot the clerk and took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the store.
The clerk was shot at least once and was transported to The Medical Center Naviscent Health.
