Incident: Aggravated Assault
Date/Time: July 12, 2018/ approximately 7PM
Location: 200 block of Carroll Drive
At approximately 7PM on July 12, 2018 officers responded to the 200 block of Carroll Drive in reference to a shots fired call.
When officers arrived they found 23 year old Quinterrus Slocumb with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was transported to The Medical Center Navicent Health.
At this time the activity leading up to the shooting is still under investigation. Officers have identified a suspect in this incident.
