Incident: Aggravated Assault
Date/Time: September 10, 2018/ approximately 9:57PM
Location: 200 block of Ravenwood Way
At approximately 9:57PM on September 10, 2018 officers responded to a residence on the 200 block of Ravenwood Way in reference to shots fired with a possible gunshot wound victim.
When officers arrived they found 19 year old Jayson Mossman-Lee with multiple gun shot wounds to the arm and legs. He was transported to The Medical Center Navicent Health.
The suspects, described as two black males, were armed with a handgun and knocked on the door of the residence. When the occupants opened the door the suspects demanded money and fled the area. During the incident Mr. Mossman-Lee was injured.
At this time, we believe this incident may have been drug related. Our investigation also leads us to believe those involved knew each other.
