Incident: Shots Fired
Date/Time of incident: October 30, 2018/ approximately 6:37AM
Location: Budget Inn 2076 Watson Boulevard
At approximately 6:37AM officers responded to the Budget Inn located at 2076 Watson Boulevard in reference to a shots fired call.
When officers arrived they discovered a male and a female with at least one gunshot wound each. The male sustained at least one gunshot wound to the hip area, and the female sustained at least one gunshot wound to the leg area. Both injuries were considered non life threatening. They were treated and released.
At this time detectives believe the parties involved knew each other and the incident was not random. Detectives also believe there was an altercation that led to the shooting.
