Juveniles Arrested For Burglary

On April 23, 2014 at 2:46 P.M. officers of the Warner Robins Police Department responded to 92 Westcliff Circle in reference to suspicious activity.

The responding officers were advised that two males were seen running from behind the residence carrying a television and then running to a nearby apartment complex. 

Officers were advised of the apartment they possibly ran into and went to make contact with the individuals inside.  A teenage male opened the door and then closed the door when he saw the officers. 

Officers made contact with the homeowner who consented to have the residence searched.  Officers found a television and a Nintendo Wii that was recorded as being stolen from another residence.  While officers were searching the house, a 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old male began to be combative with the officers.  The 15 year-old began shouting gang related statements and attempted to coerce others to fight the officers.  They were taken into custody after a brief struggle.

Other officers observed the rear door to 92 Westcliff Circle had been kicked in.  The television found inside the apartment was identified as being the stolen property from the residence. 

The 15 & 16-year-old males were arrested and charged in connection with this incident.

15 year old (male, Warner Robins) was charged with Burglary – 1^st Degree, Participation in Criminal Street Gang, and Obstruction of Officer.

16 year old (male, Warner Robins) was charged with Burglary – 1^st Degree.

The juveniles were transferred into the custody of the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Division.  Both males have an extensive arrest history.     

The 15 year old male was also charged with Theft By Receiving Stolen Property in connection with an April 15^th burglary at 204 Westcliff Circle where the Nintendo Wii was stolen.

Juvenile Arrested For Two Burglary Incidents

The Warner Robins Police Department Criminal Investigations Division has made an arrest in two burglary cases.

A 16 year old male juvenile was arrested and charged in connection with the following incidents:

On April 17, 2014 officers responded to the 100-blk of Briardale Avenue in reference to a burglary.  Preliminary investigation revealed the juvenile was seen standing inside the residence by a person who lived in the home.  He was confronted and fled the residence.  He was later identified.

On April 20, 2014 officers responded to 500 Johnson Road (Northside Middle School) in reference to an alarm.  Preliminary investigation revealed the juvenile entered the school.  Nothing appeared to be taken from inside the building.  He was later identified and arrested.  He was charged with Burglary – 2^nd Degree. 

He was also charged with Burglary -1^st Degree in connection with the April 17^th incident. 

The juvenile was transferred into the custody of the Houston County Juvenile Division.  He has an extensive arrest history. 

Juvenile Arrested After Entering Auto In Progress Call

On April 15, 2014 at 9:34 P.M. officers responded to 1553 Watson Boulevard in reference to entering autos in progress.

Officers were advised that several males were seen attempting to gain entry into several vehicles in the parking lot.  Suspect descriptions were given as they were enroute.  Officers located a 15 year old male near Pleasant Hill Road.  The juvenile began to run from the officers.  He was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. 

The 15 year old was arrested and charged with Criminal Attempt – Entering Auto.  He was referred to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Division and was later released to his parents.
