One of our more popular services - Police 2 Citizen (P2C). This service combines information from the Warner Robins Police Department, the Houston County Sheriff's Office, the Centerville Police Department, and the Perry Police Department. P2C launched in August 2010. Today, P2C has had over 150,000 visits.
P2C allows citizens to view
and map police incidents, search for specific events, and obtain accident
reports. Citizens can also see Wanted
and Missing Persons as well as a daily bulletin of the day’s events. Accident reports can be obtained through this
service free of charge. Pertinent
information must be provided to access accident reports.
The Warner Robins Police
Department and the Houston County Sheriff’s Office submitted a joint
application for the FY2008 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG)
program. The WRPD and the HCSO used the
grant money (valued at $11,962) toward the purchase of the P2C and
Quartermaster modules for their local Records Management System.
This service is free to the
public. Take a look around and get familiar with all the special features.
