Kaden Chase Barefoot will be charged with Felony Murder, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault Possession of a Firearm by Underage Person, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime, and Possession of Prescription Pills.
The motive for the shooting is still under investigation.
The victim, 16 year old Ryan Skeen, sustained a gunshot would to the neck area and was taken off of life support this morning. An autopsy will be scheduled.
