On
January 29, 2014 at 12:48 pm, officers of the Warner Robins Police Department
responded to the parking lot of Warner Robins High School, 401 South Davis
Drive in reference to a fight.
Upon
officers arrival it was learned that several persons were attacked by a larger
group of individuals that began originally as a snowball fight. The group
of approximately thirty began throwing snow at each other but then a few
individuals of the group began to jump on a parked vehicle that was on
scene. One of the victims approached the group to talk about damaging the
vehicle when he was physically struck. Several more individuals then
joined in on the assault. Several witnesses came to the aid of the victim
and they too were assaulted.
Three
individuals received non-life threatening injuries as a result of the
assault. During the time of the
event, Warner Robins High School was closed due to the weather and there were
no sanctioned events at the school.
The
incident was assigned to Detective Justin Clark who has been able to identify
some of the combatants and charges will be forthcoming. A photo of
the assault has been released on both Twitter and Facebook and the
investigation is still ongoing.

UPDATE – February 5, 2014
Further
investigation lead to the arrest of two individuals involved in the assault
investigation at 401 South Davis Drive on Wednesday, January 29, 2014.
Shymalik
Raekwon Mitchell (17 years old, Warner Robins) was arrested on February 5, 2014
and charged with Aggravated Assault.
Terrell
Antonio Boyd (17 years old, Warner Robins) was arrested on February 5, 2014 and
charged with Battery.
Mitchell
and Boyd will be processed at the Warner Robins Law Enforcement Center and then
transported to the Houston County Jail.
This
incident is still an active investigation. Additional arrests may be pending upon further
investigation.

A continuing investigation lead to the arrest of three
more individuals involved in the assault investigation at 401 South Davis Drive
on Wednesday, January 29, 2014.
15 year old male juvenile (Warner Robins) was arrested
on February 7, 2014 and charged with Aggravated Assault.
14 year old male juvenile (Warner Robins) was arrested
on February 7, 2014 and charged with Aggravated Assault.
D’Angelo Montell Roquemore (17 year old, Warner
Robins) was arrested on February 7, 2014 and charged with Aggravated Assault.
