Traffic Stop Results In Drug Arrest

On Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 1: 40 A.M. Officer James Dubry of the Warner Robins Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of North Davis Drive and Bargain Road.

Officer Dubry discovered that the driver, Ralph Christopher Russau (28 years old, Warner Robins), had a warrant for conspiracy to traffic cocaine from Taylor County and his driver’s license was suspended. 

Officer James Bish and his canine partner, Rasty, were called to the scene.  Rasty gave a positive alert to the presence of drugs and the vehicle was searched.  Officers found cocaine and marijuana inside the vehicle. 

Russau was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Schedule 2 Drugs With Intent, Failure to Maintain Lane, Driving With Suspended License, & Defective Equipment. 


He was transported to the Houston County jail.
