On May 5, 2014 officers of the
Warner Robins Police Department responded to Tucker Place in reference to a
traffic collision with injuries.
Preliminary investigation revealed
Walter Kelsey (22 years old, Warner Robins) was operating a motorcycle
northbound on Tucker Place when he lost control and struck a brick
mailbox. Kelsey was transported to
the Houston Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased by medical
personnel.
The Warner Robins Police
Department Traffic Division is investigating. Anyone with more information about this incident is asked to
