28 year old Brandon Bushay Smith was arrested Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in Macon by the U.S. Marshall Service Fugitive Squad. He's currently in the Houston County jail and is charged with Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Crime, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder. 38 year old Vikram Patel is in stable condition at the Medical Center Naviscent Health after being shot several times by Brandon Bushay Smith early Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the LoBucks at 700 N. Davis Drive. Smith shot the clerk and took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the store.
