On Thursday, May
17, 2012 at 8:24 A.M. officers of the Warner Robins Police Department responded
to 206 Williamsburg Avenue in reference to an assault.
Preliminary
investigation revealed the victim, Tracy Smith (34 years of age, Macon), was
stabbed several times throughout his body by an unknown person.
Smith was
transported to the Medical Center of Central Georgia for treatment.
The investigation
is on going. More information will be
released as it becomes available.

Update – May 18, 2012
Continued
investigations lead to the arrest of Isaac Hood (26 years of age, Fort
Valley). He was charged with Aggravated
Battery in connection with the above incident.
Investigators determined he was the one who went to the residence and
stabbed Tracy Smith.
Hood was
transported to the Houston County jail. Smith is still in the hospital for
treatment.
