Shots Fired Incident - 205 Thomas Boulevard


On Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 1:25 A.M. officers of the Warner Robins Police Department were dispatched to 205 Thomas Boulevard in reference to shots fired.

While enroute to the residence, officers were advised that a male attempted to break into the residence and that the owner of the house, Travis Lucas (32 years old, Warner Robins), shot him.

Officers found a male, identified as Ronald Lewis Burnett (36 years old, Warner Robins), lying unconscious outside of the residence with a gunshot wound to the chest.  He was transported to the Houston Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased by medical personnel. 

The investigation is ongoing.  More information will be released as it becomes available.
