The Warner Robins Police Department was presented with a very generous gift this afternoon.
The Scarborough Family donated a beautiful portrait of the first Warner Robins Police Chief to hang inside the Warner Robins Law Enforcement Center.Chief Leo Franklin Scarborough was Chief of Police from 1946-1949 and then from 1954-1961.
We sincerely appreciate the Scarborough Family's generosity to share an important piece of our agency's history.
