Officers Apprehend Three After Burglary In Progress Call

On Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 12:15 P.M. officers of the Warner Robins Police Department responded to the 700-blk of Katherine Street in reference to a possible burglary in progress.

While officers were enroute they were advised that males were seen breaking into a residence.  The males were leaving the residence when officers arrived. The males began running through a wooded area and were apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. 

The following were arrested and charged in connection with this incident:

Tyjae Raekwon Morgan (18 years old, Bonaire) charged with Burglary, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Obstruction, & Carrying a Concealed Weapon.

David Russell Brown (29 year old, Warner Robins) charged with Burglary, Damage to Property, & Obstruction.

15 year old (Warner Robins) male charged with Theft By Receiving Stolen Property

This incident is still under investigation. 

The officers who assisted in this incident were Officer Paul Peck, Officer Matt Smith, Officer Thomas Lee, Officer Patrick Allen, Detective Jeff Herb, Sergeant Ed Wilcox, Captain Bryan Stewart, Sergeant Malcolm Miller, Officer Kristen Morgan, Lieutenant Mike VanDunse, Detective Justin Clark, Officer Trent Vanlannen, Officer Steve Warmack, and Sergeant Wayne Fisher.
