WRPD New Recruits Complete Crime Scene Class

New recruits from the Warner Robins Police Department participated in a Crime Scene class.

The first day of the class brought an overview of crime scenes. From there they learned safety and security measures surrounding crime scenes.

After that they learned how to physically process a scene which consisted of powder fingerprinting and collecting evidence.

Those attending the class also learned how to measure and sketch the scene.

The class concluded with a mock crime scene where the recruits had to collect evidence, create sketches and footprint impressions.

Congratulations to Gary Chambers, Chandralyn Jones, Taylor Howell and Chad Strom for achieving the highest score (95%) in the course.
