An overturned fuel tanker closed a portion of Russell Parkway on Monday. No injuries were reported and no other vehicles were involved. Traffic was rerouted down Wellborn Road and Booth Road.
Both ramps to Highway 247 from Russell Parkway were closed to traffic.
The Georgia Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident.
