Andrew Martin Holiday Drug Trafficking Organization



The Houston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, the Warner Robins Police Department Narcotics Unit, and the Houston County District Attorney’s Office have conducted a joint investigation of the Andrew Martin Holiday Drug Trafficking Organization.  This organization has been involved in the distribution of Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Marijuana, and prescription drugs in the Middle Georgia area. During the course of the investigation Andrew Martin Holiday and other subjects involved in the organization have also been identified as being involved in an elaborate network of pit bull dog fighting and gambling. 

On Thursday, January 10, 2013the Houston County Sheriff’s Office and Warner Robins Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams executed search warrants at the following locations:

103 Christopher Lane,Centerville 
201 Milton Court, Kathleen
105 Enlish Drive, Bonaire 
256Holiday Circle, Kathleen
300 Milton Court, Kathleen 
302 WestHouston Drive, Kathleen
303 West Houston Drive,Kathleen


Eight people were arrested in connection with the search warrants:

David Benjamin Baker
(31 years old, Kathleen)
Charge: VGCSA – Traffickingin Methamphetamine

Brittney Marie Baldwin
(22 years old, Centerville)
Charge: VGCSA – Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine

Heather Michelle Moore
(27 years old, Centerville)
Charge: VGCSA – Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine

Eric Dewayne McIntyre
(36 years old, Byron)
Charge: VGCSA - Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine

Johnathan Richard Whiddon
(24 years old, Byron)
Charge: VGCSA – Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine
Charge: VGCSA – Possession With Intent To Distribute A Schedule III Drug (Hyrdrocodone)
Charge: VGCSA – Drugs Kept In Original Container

Alonzo Laverne Wheeler
(40 years old, Bonaire)
Charge: VGCSA – Possession With Intent To Distribute Cocaine
Charge: VGCSA – Possession of Marijuana

Frank James Fountain, Jr.
(37 years old, Kathleen)
Charge:  Manufacturing Marijuana
Charge: Possession Of AFirearm During The Commission Of A Crime

*VGCSA – Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act


The following illegal drugs were seized:

Approximately 6 ounces ofmethamphetamine.  Street value$16,800.00.

Approximately ¼ ounce of cocaine.  Street value $840.00.

28 marijuana plants.  Street value $56,000.00.


The following assets & property were seized:

Currency - $61,205.00

13 four wheeler ATVs
1 three-wheeler ATV 
8 dirt bike motorcycles   
1 stolen dirt bike motorcycle
1 Chopper mini bike 
15 rifles& shotguns

The investigation is on going and additional arrests are expected.

Meet Our Canines

The Warner Robins Police Department canine program began in April 1995. At that time the unit consisted of a single handler and a single purpose canine (narcotics detection). Today, the Canine unit has three full service canines skilled in patrol, narcotics detection, and tracking.

Ego, Ollie, and Rasty (and their officer counterparts!) received training through Tarheel Canine, Inc. located in Sanford, North Carolina.

Multiple Drug Warrants Executed

On Tuesday, April 10, 2012 members of the Warner Robins Police Department, Houston County Sheriff’s Office, and Byron Police Department executed seven drug related search warrants. The warrants were the result of joint investigation lasting several months. The Bibb County Sherriff’s Office assisted with one warrant located in Bibb County.

Locations included: 2000-blk Airport Road in Macon, 200-blk Hilton Court in Warner Robins, 200-blk Castlebury Court in Kathleen, 100-blk Billington Court in Bonaire, 100-blk Prado Court in Warner Robins, 100-blk Bonanza Drive in Bonaire, & 200-blk Atrium Court in Warner Robins.

Arrests:Michael Hammond (34 years of age) of Warner Robins, Kenneth ONeal (43 years of age) of Warner Robins, Cassandra Hearn (40 years of age) of Macon, Laura Hill (34 years of age) of Warner Robins, Trevor Jefferson (21 years of age) of Warner Robins, Larry Dover (40 years of age) of Kathleen, Kelsey Kitchens (19 years of age) of Bonaire , and Zachary Kitchens (20 years of age) of Bonaire, were all charged with Conspiracy or Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance law. More arrests are expected.

Numerous items were seized including an undisclosed amount of cash and marijuana. Several vehicles, firearms, and miscellaneous items were also seized.

This investigation was a cooperative inquiry between the Houston County Sheriff’s Office and the Warner Robins Police Department with the goal of making our community a safer place to live and work. Officer Talks About Alcohol/Drug Recognition



Charlo Greene with the Warner Robins Patriot came by today to speak with Officer Johnson about how the agency identifies suspected DUIs.

In 2011 - 282 people were arrested for DUI - Alcohol while 43 were arrested for DUI - Drugs.  So far in  2012 - 63 people were arrested for DUI - Alcohol and 18 were arrested for DUI - Drugs. 

The Warner Robins Police Department has officers that are trained as Drug Recognition Experts (DRE).  These officers undergo extensive training in order to identify drivers that are impaired by drugs.

This agency is committed to making the roads in Warner Robins safer through extensive training and increased patrols.
